At Chauhan’s bungalow:

“Papa, I am getting late. Please hurry up…. papaaa…. I have an important lecture about industrial chemistry. You know na how important it is, I can’t be late.” I said while pouting my face and making my hands crossed my chest while my papa was busy in searching an important file.

“5 more mins beta. I also have an important meeting. Why don’t you ask your bhaiya?” Papa asked. [beta – child] [bhai – brother]

“But papa they both have already left for the meeting.” I said in a hurry.

“Huh..what? I know about Atharv; he is very punctual but Ayansh??? He always makes excuses when it comes to work.” Papa said to me in a shocked way.

“Kisike aane se toh sahab pe asar padega na” [someone’s arrival will have the effect on him] I whispered slowly and giggled.

“Did you say something beta?” papa asked.

“No papa, nothing” I said. “I am taking the scooty. It looks like no one is free today.” I shouted.

“Beta, complete your breakfast” Maa told from the kitchen.

“But I am already full, maa” I said patting my stomach.

“Radhika, when will you return from college today. You didn’t forget right. 2 months only for Ayansh and Shibani’s wedding. We need to go for shopping.” Myra Bhabhi said [Bhabhi – sister-in-law]

“Bhabhi, how can I forget this important thing. I have only one lecture. I will be back after 2 hours. Don’t worry I will be on time” I replied and was about to leave for college when a sweet, little voice called me from back.

“Bua, bua you promised me…. you will buy ice-cream for me today but see now you are making plans for shopping” my little princess, Khushi said by making a cute little angry face.

“Sorry fulmati….” I said and she interfered and told “Bua, my name is Khushi Chauhan, not fulmati” she irritatedly said.

“Okay baba sorry. I don’t understand why you don’t like this name. It’s very cute.” I replied. “Okay bye everyone and bye fulm……ooh sorry, bye Miss Khushi Chauhan.”

I hurried and left for the college.

 ADITYA’S POV:

[look of Thakur palace]

“Go and tell Aditya that breakfast is ready” Gayatri told the maid. “And Sneha, where is our energybomb, Aarish”

“I exactly don’t know Bhabhi, where this boy is. But he said earlier that Aditya had called him for some official work, so he must be in Aditya’s room” Sneha replied.

“Nisha beta, come fast and have your breakfast. You are the leader of the political party; you should not be late” Gayatri shouted.

“Nisha, call Aanvika also” Sneha said.

“But chachi, she already left for college because she is having some important lecture.” Nisha replied.

At the dining hall, whole Thakur family was present and everyone started to have their breakfast.

“Adi, did you complete your work regarding your meeting” Viraat asked.

Aditya hummed without looking anyone.

Then Gayatri said “Listen Adi beta, I think now you should think about yourself and your marriage.”

“Yes bacha, your younger brother also got married. Now think of yourself” Sneha said while serving food to Viraat.

“Maa, Chachi, I am not interested to marry anyone. Please don’t force me” I said without looking anyone.

“Get over from your past, beta. This kingdom needs a queen, you must marry, not only for your sake but for your family’s sake and for the kingdom as well” Samraat calmly told but worried from inside.

“Don’t bring my past dad” I frustratedly said. “Ok fine then, I will marry. Find a girl for me” I finally said. “But one condition she should be wealthy and profitable for my company. Right now, the only thing that matters me is money and power, nothing else.”

Everyone was shocked hearing this but my papa and chacha did not react at all. They know what I want.

After few minutes, my younger brother, Arish broke the silence “Bhai, you mean women right not girl” he giggled.

Then I glared at him in anger and he became silent but everyone laughed at us.

After sometime I said “I am done. I am leaving for the office and thanks for the food.” As I was about to leave for office, a little voice called me from behind.

“Stop badepapa, can we go somewhere today? I am too bored here and nobody’s taking me outside” Rohan said.

“Can we go someday because today I am too busy” I said.

“Please…….” he said by making a cute little face. I don’t know why but my heart always gets melted seeing this. I could be rude to anyone but in front of him I always fail.

“Okay, we will go today. Now don’t make that face” I said. He was too happy that he gave a big smile and nodded.

“Okay, now I am late. Let me leave. Bye” I said looking at my watch. And I left.
