RADHIKA’S POV:

I took both the ice-creams and was about to leave but suddenly I again collided with some stranger and thought “hayee meri kismat” [ Oh my luck]. When I looked at him, I was extremely shocked that this stranger was none other than Anvika’s brother, the same one from today’s incident. “Hayee meri phuti kismat” [Alas my bad luck] I again thought.

Anvika’s brother angrily asked “Are you stalking me?”

“Don’t worry, I didn’t stalk an old man and don’t think that you are a king or something that I am dying to meet you” I responded immediately.

Hearing this, he smirked at me and suddenly he bent towards one of my ears. His warm breath was penetrating all over my neck making me freeze. His both hands were inside his pocket. We both were too close but there was no physical touch and he said gently “Yes, I am the king.” Then he took his ice-cream and went away.

Goosebumps came all over my body and I became totally shocked. After sometime I came to my senses and thought “What an idiot man!!” and then I ordered my ice-cream again.

“Did you finish your ice-cream, princess? Shall we leave, it’s already late” I asked my Fulmati.

“Yes Bua, let’s go” Khushi replied.

After we got home, I, Athrav bhaiya, Myra Bhabhi, Ayansh bhai together watched a movie and as always Ayansh bhai teased me and Athrav bhai stands for me and Myra Bhabhi enjoys watching this drama.

“Okay everyone, I am going. I have important assignment to do” I said. “So good night, everyone.”

After entering my room, I started to do my assignment but still I was overthinking about today’s incident. “Anvika’s brother, what do you think about yourself, asshole.”

“Ahhhhh……...come-on Radhika, don’t waste your time on this garbage. Do your assignment otherwise I have to deal with another garbage” I calmly thought. “Focus Radhika focus .... Get back to work Radhika.”

ADITYA’S POV:

I came back to home from office around 8’o clock. I silently went to my room without informing my family. “ufffff……. Today was a very long day.” I took a warm shower and started to do the pending work in my laptop sitting on the sofa.

After sometime my sister, Anvika entered my room knocking and told that the dinner was ready.

“I am coming” I replied.

At the dining hall, everyone was present and we started to eat our dinner.

“How was your day, beta?” Maa asked me [beta – son]

“Good” I replied.

“Bhaiya, how was your dating with Miss Raizada today?” Nisha asked.

“Good” I again replied, only concentrating on my food.

 “Maa, Chachi, I think we should take bhaiya to hospital for checkup” Arish seriously told Maa and Chachi.

“Why, what, did something happen??” both worriedly asked Arish at the same time.

“I think bhai has some talking problem, he says only a single word for every type of questions. That’s why” Arish replied, teasing me meanwhile everyone in the dining hall burst out of laughter.

I glared at him and everyone stopped laughing but were still smiling.

After a few minutes, papa broke the silence and said to me “Adi, Mr Raizada called me and said that his daughter agreed for the marriage but they have a condition. They said that they will give us 50% of their share but in return we will also have to give 30% of our share before marriage. What do you think, beta? Do you agree with this or not?” Everyone was carefully listening to what papa said.

“But bhaiya Adi’s company have high valued share as compared to theirs. What if we have a loss?” Viraat chachu asked worriedly.

I thought for some time and replied, “It’s okay chachu. Papa, I agree.”

“Think again bhai” Arish told.

 “Don’t worry Arish. I will handle this” I replied calming everyone.

“Okay. They have already sent the share papers. Just take a look.” Papa told

“Okay leave the rest to me” I replied.

After dinner, I again started to work in my laptop sitting on the sofa when Rohan came to me and said “Badepapa, your promise?”

At the start, I didn’t understand what he wanted to say and then I remembered that he wanted to go outside. Seeing my confused look for some time, Rohan made a sad face and said “No problem badepapa, next time.”

I smiled at him and replied “Where do you want to go?”

Hearing this his sad face changed into a very big smile and he took his index finger to keep in his round cheeks and thought for some time. Then he replied “Badepapa, ice cream?”

I waited for his cute reply and then I said “Okay then, let’s go.” I picked him up in my arms and he sat on the passenger’s seat and I in the driver’s seat. We went to the ice cream parlour according to his selection and told him to wait in the car.

I went to the counter to buy one and then again, I collided with a girl. “What a fucking day!!!” I thought.

When I saw her and I was very angry at her that I asked her “Are you stalking me?” I mean literally this never happened in my life. I collided with the same girl twice and my clothes got ruined twice and this all happened in just one single day.

Her reply was making me angrier again because she was disrespecting me although the fault was hers. I forgot everything for some time and bent towards one of her ears and told “Yes I am the king.” I furiously took the ice cream I ordered and left the place as soon as possible.

Rohan looking at my ruined clothes and angry face, slowly asked me “What happened badepapa?”

I took a breath after sitting in the car and replied “Nothing, finish your ice cream.” After sometime we both left the place.

After we reached our home, I directly went to my room and just laid on my bed. “Today was a very frustrating day. That crazy girl, oh my god…….” I thought.
